Home.

The doctor's OK'd Aimee yesterday, so we came home last night. Walking is still difficult for her at this point, so she's still confined to bed-rest. But she was happy to see Xavier and Tilly, and they were so excited to see her.

So now-- sleep, more sleep, and then even more, until she meets with the doctor on Wednesday, June 13th for a follow-up.

We are so relieved to hear it! I already told Aimee to remember that we are just 10 minutes away, and Adele and I love company on walks or for playing. So if Tilly and Xavier want to play, (or you guys need some time to breath) please give us a shout.

So happy that she's home and resting! I hope that the pirate books provide for hours of in-bed entertainment :)

Dear Aimee and Will,

I just noticed the Comments section of your blog.

I am so glad your surgery went well, but have to admit I had envisioned a bit more drama, like M.T. descending in answer to your fervent prayers in middle english. After all, you do have a chunk of her hair (what did the doctors say when you showed up in the operating room with that?)

You remain in my prayers everyday, and I have no doubt that you are bringing graces to the Church and the world by your heroic suffering.

Love and prayers,

Annie
