Chemotherapy Today

It's been an uphill battle fighting Aimee's nausea. She still hasn't been able to put on any weight, but the doctors suggested we come in today anyway and start treatment. They figure at this point the cause of the nausea is most probably the cancer itself, so the best way to combat it is with the chemotherapy. And Aimee figures that if she's nauseated anyway, she might as well be getting the chemotherapy. We're gonna see if we can get some good drugs to help her through it.

Aimee Aimee Aimee (and Will! ok and Tilly and Xavier too, geepers that's a mouthful!)

Wow, I realized how much I have missed in my own little world - you're kids are adorable! That being said, know that you have like 20 gazillion more prayers directed at you and the gang thanks to my ever growing family (well, not thanks to ME exactly, but my future babies are praying for you, I can just feel it, at least they better be if they know what's good for them!) :)

Please please please please let me know what I can do to help, be it watch the little ones, chat, cook, or clean (well maybe not clean!). Call me when you can, I look forward to a great report and I hope to see you soon! SOON Woman! :)

I love you and you and the gang are in my prayers, always.

We are rooting for this treatment to do the job--and we really hope that the nausea gets better (could we send you guys some brownies?).
;)

As always, our prayers are with you--they are tripled now-- and we continue to send out vibes of strength and healing.

We love you!

Dear Aimee,
I hope Jess is not watching the kids today.

I mean you have seen Mary Poppins, right?
Love,
Mary, Andy and the kids

Dear ones,
Much courage - may the nausea abate and the drugs all do wonders. Praying for that.
Love and hugs,
Nee

We're sending you all out best wishes this week!

Maybe the nausea from the chemo and the nausea from before will cancel eachother out- like negative plus negative= positive. I never was any good at math.

No tears allowed on this blog :)

Much love and prayers,

a.k.a Mary Poppins - whose umbrella would have been quite useful yesterday :)

You have such a beautiful family and such beautiful friends.

We all want this to work, and pray and believe it will.

For someone who always had the stomach of a horse - I ate lunch with you every day for 4 years at Montrose, I Remember those lunches you'd bring in!! - I pray the nausea passes soon. Tiny sips of room temp gingerale and try some ensure, they may be for old people (well, you ARE 26 days older than me!), but it is power packed with nutrients and stuff to help out. And who says chocolate syrup drizzled in wouldn't make anybody's day? :)

Love and laughter to you,
Beth xoxoxo

Aimee I feel your pain (sort of). I had 7 mo. of nausea even Zofran couldn't cut with Joseph. It plain old stinks. Malt o Meal for 7 mo. wasn't fun. I've been praying for you even though I've been a bit absent lately with comments. Hopefully if you're up to it I can pop in for a vist while I'm on the East Coast. Best, Kelly C.
