Day 8

72.7 billion cells came home to Aimee after receiving their education. An education in tumor killing!
They'll start the IL-2 later this evening. We'll keep you updated.

Hi Aimee and Wil,
Just wanted you to know we are praying for you and also that today is the Feast of ST THERESA, so we will be asking her to send her help your way. You are both amazing and strong. Blessings to you.
With Much Love,
Marianne, Matt & Caroline

um Will....that may be the most fabulous blog entry the world has ever seen. Well until the one when you tell us that Aimee is all better anyway. Glad to see you still have a sense of humor.

Give Aimee a big kiss from us.

BTW, for the curiousity of the readers...how big of a package do 72.7 billion cells arrive in? I keep picturing a 18 wheeler backing up to Aimee's room with a big hose snaking into the window. I do not want to see the needle that goes with it! (Ok, so I have an over active imagination. I'm mom to 8 kids who need help with school projects. You have to be creative;)

Thank you Chris for the kind words. My strength comes from the Lord and our (Aimee and my) parents. They taught us to be faithful to God's wishes. (Oh and my dear hubby, Greg.) And that is also why we know that God hears all the prayers for Aimee and Will. So thank you for the prayers, thoughts and kind words for all. Whether battling cancer or raising 2 or 8 crazy kids, it is nice to know there are kindred souls out there, praying for each other.
