emergency room

yesterday, aimee's health took a bad turn. she was extremely lethargic and confused. her blood pressure had dropped very low as well.

the doctors are unsure of the cause of the problem at this point. her kidney and liver are failing and they're not sure why. she also has an infection.

right now she's considered to be in critical condition. please pray for her.

Aimee is such a strong and vibrant person - without even meeting her I can see how much she is loved and how special she is to so many people. I pray God will fill her body with renewed energy to fight this infection and that her organs will thrive by His Almighty hand. Your whole family is in our prayers during this time. We are saying prayers for her all day long. God Bless You all. Nicki and SHane Pace

Mass on campus this afternoon and other days this week will be offered for you all. Students at lunch were talking about the request for special prayers on the bulletin board. Faculty, and administrators have had letters. Petitions are rising from the campus.

Oh God, where are you when we need you? Why have you forsaken us? Why Bad things always happen to good, faithful people?

Lord Jesus in kindness, make our Aimee well in Body and in soul just for the sake of her two young children.
Tomorrow morning @ 9 AM I will offer a Holy Mass in honor of St. Jude for the Healing of our Aime and her family.

Amy. Your sparkly eyes glisten always in my heart as a gentle reminder of our Lord's love. Your tender heart is especially dear to Him as it always has been to all who know you. I ask Him now to comfort you and protect you through this mysterious time. Your strength has always been your patient endurance. I ask Him to give you the grace to find the courage to endure this most trying time. All of my heart is with you.

Dear Aimee,

I am so sorry to hear about your illness. My prayers and thoughts are with you and the whole family.

You are a very bright shiny star in my book and that of many others. Never forget that...

I giggle to see that your last name is "Cowan" now. I think that all that time we spent sitting next to each other in alphabetical order rubbed off on you a bit.

I will always treasure our "Chats" we had...during our mandatory 3 mile jogs in Miss Tsiang's class.

All my love to you during this difficult time. If you need anything pls feel to contact me 1 646 733 7191 or email granya@gmail.com

Aimee, I just saw the Abused Big Sister of the 7th Grade post from Sharon and laughed out loud. I remember the "princess chairs" that Katie and I used to build, and you always looked at us like we were crazy, but you were so good humored despite our silliness! Love you, and am thinking of you and your whole family.
