Off Again
NIH called and wants us back soon. Tomorrow soon. So we fly out again in the afternoon and hope to get Aimee's surgery at the beginning of the week. (Did I mention I really _hate_ flying? Oh well-- Aimee's fine with it and she keeps me calm.) I'll keep you updated. We also have some Halloween pictures, including one of Aimee as Avatar the Last Airbender-- I'll get those up soon too.

All of our prayers are flying with you - we too are hopeful that this surgery will provide Aimee with much-deserved respite from her back pain!
And we are overjoyed at the news that this treatment has begun the healing process! Onward Cowans!!

Hi Aimee and Will, we too are so thrilled to hear the good news. And I was secretly saddened that they didn't want to do the surgery last week as I worried about a kidney infection if it went too long. Maybe that wasn't a worry, but it is something that could take place. So off you fly again. I will contact Mrs. Shilling and tell her to call later in the week.
We love you lots and lots! And we are praying all the time that all goes well!!!
OH and Will, do you know why Aimee is fine with flying?

I remember the flight to Rome for the semester, I thought you were going to explode at the end there, Will. With A's calming presence (and airbending abilities) I imagine your tolerance has improved a good deal since then.
