MRIs revealed that while Aimee has no cancer in her brain or other vital organs, it has once again spread. So RAF265 didn't work. We will discuss options next week.
Dearest Aimee and Will, not exactly the results we were looking for. I suppose one out of two ain't bad. But, we will continue to storm Heaven and, like the old woman who pestered the king until he gave her what she wanted, we will pester our Lord until we get our miracle. While waiting,keep your chin up and eat more chocolate--in whatever form you all want. (We prefer straight out of the chocolate chip bag or out of the bottle. But then again, that's how Greg prefers his whipped cream;) Lots of kisses and hugs.
We send our love and our prayers. We, too, were hoping that this would work and right the ship for you. We will continue with all the legions of family, friends, neighbors, and well-wishers to pray that the right treatment will be found to eradicate this cancer from your lives. Meanwhile, we pray for peace and joy in your lives so that you know how much you are loved, how deeply you are cared for, how many thousands of prayers are lifted up to God for you, how many thoughts wend their way to you each day, how much we all wish we could take up your suffering for you.
