Tilly is Two!

Rounding out our April birthday trifecta, Tilly turned two on Sunday. She told us she didn't want any presents, but when we actually set them in front of her, followed by the cake with lit candles and singing, she literally shook with excitement...

Also, my pet scan results from last Tuesday showed no major changes from my end of March scans. (No news on the biopsy yet.) I have another round of scans next Tuesday, which hopefully will give us a clearer picture of results. I'll let you know when I hear.

Thank you for all your good wishes and love this month.
Aimee

Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday dear Tilly,
Happy birthday to you!!!!
Can you hear all the cheering and hooting from your house? We are very excited for your special day which we again missed. But thanks to the Geni reminder, we did know about your day and said lots of prayers for you. We hope you all had a great time and ate cake and ice cream until it came flowing out your ears, (Sometimes we find it in there after the cousins' b-days so I am sure they must have eaten so much it squished out the ears!) We send you some more juicy kisses and squishey hugs and love you all very much. See you real soon and we can All ride in the big van again to the Reilly's.

Happy Birthday, Tilly! Sorry we're a little late, but we send you our wishes for a very happy third year! We hope you enjoyed your cake and ice cream and that you got lots of lovely presents! We also hope that you got to dance on your birthday--because you are the best dancer! You are Tilly-tastic!

We love you, Tilly! God bless you!

Oh my goodness is Xavier making a gang sign? Have you been letting him watch the Celtics?????

Don't worry even if I don't amuse anyone else I amuse myself endlessly!

Tilly is such a pretty little two year old but I really want to hear what she got for her birthday.

Happy Birthday Tilly!
Love,
The Alexanders

Oh no! You amuse us too, Mary! Thank you for that! As for the Celtics, I think it is too much sun, rather than too much basketball, for Xavier...you know how we melanomics are! Thank you about Tilly too--she is a good little one. Between the family and Will and me, she got my little ponies, rubber duckies, a magna-doodle, a cat in the hat book, a shopping cart and...a mop and broom set--which really works (I've already set her up to wash the kitchen floor twice--she is two after all!) Love to all the Alexanders

What a treat to have Aimee and the birthday boy and girl stop by campus on Friday! They(unlike certain of us)somehow do not look the worse for wear after another birthday but run and frolic faster with their aunt and uncle. I enjoyed the discussion about classes.

Will, a merry unbirthday! We missed you but look forward to seeing you at graduation--and then afterward, once summer begins.
